Testimonials

We just returned from a week in paradise at the Caicos Blue Hideaway. The views and accommodations were amazing, and the backyard utterly charming. We relaxed and watched the boats and hummingbirds passing us by. Can't wait until we can return.

We are experienced villa renters.  This is generally the only way we holiday.  This place has it all.  Very private.  You will not see another person all week unless you want to.  Great location for photography.  The water color changes are magnificent and dramatic from a light chalk sea foam color to the azure of the deep water.  Wow is what you say when you see it for the first time, upon departure, and every time you look out of the window in-between. The outdoor seating is perfect for a sunrise breakfast to a sunset dinner.  We spent hours there playing backgammon and being memorized by the water colors.  The grounds are lovely and well landscaped.  The pool is a perfect size and located where you still have views of the ocean colors.

The inside is well appointed with everything you will need.  If you like to cook everything is there for the chef. We cooked all of our meals there at the villa. There are 2 large refrigerator/freezers.   Plenty of room and space for a week's worth of food.  If cooking is not your thing and you want to stay in, no worries.  There are several places that deliver that can be found in the magazines provided at the villa. No one really knows where the place is, but directions are easy to give.

The air conditioning is throughout the house for those hot afternoons. By evening the cool breezes are wonderful.  The bedrooms have more than adequate closet and drawer space for a week or two.  The beds are very comfortable, and there is a pillow for anyone from firm to down.  Don't pack a hair dryer or curling iron as the owners have graciously supplied them for you.  Don't over pack as the villa has a full size washer and dryer.  The large flat screen TV has all of the connections for your video game, Ipod, apple TV, or whatever.   There is a great Ipod speaker system that is portable and can be used inside or out.

If going out is your thing this place is perfectly located.  Very close to the airport, but only 10-15 minutes to the ferry at the other end of the island.  Provo is a relatively small island and everything is close. All in all we give the place 5 out of 5 stars.  For the price it is a very reasonable deal.

We have two tips if you make this trip.  First, have Spa Tropique come out and have a sunset couples massage outside on the deck by the pool.  But fair warning, agree on who is cooking that night prior to the massage or no dinner will get prepared.  Second, take in a private island experience.  Have Silver Deep drop you off on your own private island facing the barrier reef.  These trips are for 1/2 day or full day.  Just when you think that you have seen the most beautiful water on earth at the villa, the views from these islands are absolutely stunning.

Upon closing let me say that what really makes the villa experience work is the owners themselves.  Sakina and Roger go out of their way to make this a special event.  We had to cancel our first trip due to a medical emergency.  Sakina worked with us and we ended up postponing for 6 weeks.  She was wonderful to deal with.  She asks if there is anything special you will need.  We told her about our private island outings and she made sure that cool boxes, umbrellas, and beach chairs were waiting for us at the villa.  I can't say enough about the great communication there.  Finally the property managers are great!  We never really saw them after they met us at the airport and got us settled in.  But that was the way we wanted it.  They are there for you whatever you need and are a really neat couple with years of Provo experience behind them. Whatever you want to know don't be afraid to call them and ask.  Very nice that the villa essentially come with a concierge in the form of a couple in the guise of property managers.
